Northern Ireland manufacturer expands product portfolio with high-capacity mobile scalping solution Omega Crushing & Screening, headquartered in the heart of Northern Ireland’s world-renowned crushing and screening manufacturing hub, is set to unveil its brand-new SC4815 Scalper at Hillhead 2026.
The launch marks another significant milestone for the Omagh-based manufacturer as it continues to expand its growing range of innovative material processing equipment for the quarrying, recycling, demolition and construction sectors.
Designed and manufactured in Northern Ireland, the new SC4815 has been engineered to deliver exceptional screening performance, high productivity and maximum site flexibility. Featuring a 16′ x 5′ high-energy twin-deck screen box, the machine is capable of processing up to 450 tonnes per hour, making it ideal for demanding applications where throughput and efficiency are critical.
The SC4815 combines aggressive screening action with a compact, transport-friendly design, allowing operators to move quickly between sites while maintaining maximum production capability. Its heavy-duty construction, crawler-mounted chassis and fuel- efficient CAT 3.6 diesel-hydraulic power unit ensure reliable performance even in the toughest operating conditions.
In addition to the diesel-hydraulic model being launched at Hillhead, Omega has confirmed that a hybrid version of the SC4815 will also be available. The hybrid option will provide customers with greater flexibility, reduced fuel consumption and lower operating costs while supporting the industry’s increasing focus on sustainable and environmentally responsible operations.
