We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our team at Northern Crusher Spares. As a Service Engineer, you will provide technical support to customers, perform repairs and maintenance on crushing and screening equipment, and ensure that all equipment is functioning efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems and provide technical support to customers
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on crushing and screening equipment, including routine inspections, cleaning, and replacement of parts
  • Conduct equipment inspections and provide regular maintenance recommendations to customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers and provide detailed reports of all service work performed
  • Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and meets company and industry safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of all service work performed, including labour and materials used
  • Provide training and support to customers on the operation and maintenance of crushing and screening equipment
  • Participate in the development of new products and services to meet customer needs
  • There may be an ask to travel to assist with exhibition shows



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong mechanical and technical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
