Due to continued growth and expansion Northern Crusher Spares are currently recruiting for a Part-time Accounts Assistant based in Castlederg Co Tyrone.




 Processing Accounts Payable Invoices.
 Reconciliation of creditor balances to statements.
 Matching of suppliers’ invoice to the purchase orders.
 Setting up payments on bank at month end ensuring all payment deadlines are met.
 Verifying the integrity of invoices/goods received, reporting shortages, and chasing credit
 Sending debtors statements and follow up of outstanding debtors by phone and email.
 Posting of bank and credit card transactions.
 Bank and credit card reconciliation.
 Preparation of VAT return, EC Sales and Intrastat returns.
 Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, bank and HMRC as needed.
 Data entry and filing.
 Handling bank deposits.
 Additional bookkeeping duties as designated by management.




 Sage 50cloud Accounts Professional.
 Microsoft excel, word.
 Excellent communicator and able to build relationships and rapport.
 Attention to detail
 Organisational skills and manage deadlines.


Hours of Work:


20 hours per week
9am – 1:15pm Monday to Friday
Hours of work open to discussion
